With KickStart Computers remote support we can login to your PC or laptop and fix all sorts of problems, which saves you time and money.

How it Works

We give you a 6 digit code over the phone. You simply enter the code on our web site (into the "Remote Support" box above) and press "Connect". This allows our technicians to see your PC as if they were right there.

The advantage of this is that there is no travel cost and we can start working on your PC or Laptop straight away. Because there is not travel cost, we hand the savings to you, the customer with discounted rates charged per 15 minutes.

Example

Customer phones because Windows XP has not been activated and has locked her out of her computer.

She phones KickStart Computers and the technician gets to work straight away. 30 minutes later the problem is solved and the customer is happy.

Total charge was $44 . Total time was 30 minutes. This customer lives in Ipswich 45 minutes drive away. 45 minutes there and 45 minutes back. Time has been saved and the customer gets a great discount.
